Wonderful neighboring hotel with delightful views of the ocean. Beautiful building and rooms with perfect decoration. The staff was really helpful and the food was amazing! Speedy check in and good service. Not to mention free wifi!

The breakfast we ordered was fantastic with healthy foods and egg dish, as for instance. Location: the hotel was just next door to all the restaurants and scrumptious dining options and Amansala on a whim.

During our stay at Amansala, we were delighted to find a stunning pool right on the beachfront. It was the perfect alternative to swimming in the ocean, which was not feasible due to the seaweed issue. The staff, especially Juan at the concierge, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location on the main hotel strip was ideal for exploring Tulum. The facilities, food, and overall experience were exceptional.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the middle of the beach town and with easy access to a rooftop fitness studio where classes began at 9 am. The staff, especially Angel at the restaurant and bar and the reception, were very friendly and attentive. They provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping, and even arranged airport shuttle and tours for me. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a patio with garden furniture. The restaurant and bar had delicious food and a wide selection of drinks, and the breakfast options were outstanding. The hotel was also very on top of cleaning the beach from algae, which made my beach experience even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beachfront room I upgraded to was absolutely amazing - the view of the ocean was breathtaking and I could hear the calming sound of the waves all night. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was right at the beach and super close to all the tourist spots. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the hotel manager Nestor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was remarkable. To top it off, the breakfast provided had a variety of healthy vegan options.

The organized activities like yoga and meditation were a great way to relax and recharge. The food at the hotel was healthy and delicious, meeting high food standards. The hotel was in a key location, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities. a peaceful and refreshing experience during the Christmas holiday.

Some rooms were small and not ideal for a romantic getaway or for sharing with a friend. There were issues with construction noise early in the morning, interrupting the relaxation.
